I would not hesitate in using Express Trainers of Sunderland again.
A new customer after first seeing these on eBay and then deciding to go direct for one of the last pairs of new Adidas I-5923 in UK 11. The website is clear, straightforward, shows the right amount of information and the secure checkout and Feefo platinum trusted service award gives reassurance and confidence. They arrived on the 5th working day via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with the box and trainers in pristine nick. Having owned several of these, the size was spot on. And did I mention the competitive price. I would not hesitate in using Express Trainers of Sunderland again.

Size of shoes ...far too small despite being marked as size 8.
Ordered a pair of shoes size 8! order processed quickly and arrived safely.
All my other size 8 shoes fit me perfectly....these shoes although marked size 8 i could not get on my feet too tight.
I followed the instruction on returns and got a returns slip from post office and sent back next day. i also messaged the company on website....i have had no response at all and it is obvious that this companies shoe sizes bear no resemblance to standard European sizes. Very dissapointed in the standard of quality re sizes and lack of response to my messages. will not use them again.
Update...finally received a communication from this Company !! they stated as have been worn cannot replace or refund....this is not so ,only once attempted to try on and could not get foot in shoe and not worn because couldnt get foot inside shoe so in my eyes this is extremely poor service and now will downgrade to 1 star would not wish this poor experience on any other person so beware poor quality and will not refund as stated.

Often supply poor fitting footwear…
Often supply poor fitting footwear where the sizes don't match the description. Better off buying branded stuff. However my reason for one starts,they have sent my package to the wrong address and I am unable to retrieve it. I changed my address on their site but they are denying I have even though I sent them a screenshot of my login details! Be warned they are a law to themselves,or they think they are!
Ordered a pair of Black trainers
Ordered a pair of Black trainers, they sent out Navy instead, rang them to state my point, they said I ordered Navy, but I already own a navy pair, nothing on confirmation so couldn't argue , but I have to pay for return postage, even though its their fault, also no black ones left in stock to exchange, coincidence ?
Good way to save money on trainers
Cannot understand why some people are here griping about THE SHOES themselves. Judge the shoes by all means, but I headed here to post a positive review because the company , Express Trainers, sent the item on time and it was in perfect condition as described, and all for a very fair price.

Refund hit my PAYPAL account TODAY, and when you consider it (the shoes) were only posted off to them last week (and with a couple of BH's in between) I'd say it has to be a WELL deserved 5*s.

3*? time will tell if that changes...one way or the other. My RETURN was received by Express Trainers today, so the RM tracker tells me.
What I'm not happy about is the requirements for a full refund, EVEN DOWN TO THE TISSUE (found in the shoes) being returned, it made me feel as if E T were...setting me up for rejection, still, I wouldn't expect PayPal to be SO picky.

My feet haven't grown, I'm STILL a UK12/EU47, favouring the EU sizing, finding it more accurate.
Surprisingly I had to go for my (no stranger to) Hi Tec's in a UK13/EU47.
Lengthways it was (strangely) a good fit, but WAY too tight across the toes, hence the return.

Absolute rubbish trainers! No cushioning at all!
Have bought many pairs of trainers from this Company over the years. Never a problem, until now. These are in no way a trainer. There is no memory foam in them to protect feet. It's like wearing a pair of cheap flat pumps. Sending back. Doubt it I will be using Express again.

I ordered some adidas yung chasms in my regular size but were too big. I contacted Express Trainers to order a smaller size. The company responded quickly and dispatched the replacement pair quickly. The trainers were good quality at a good price. Would definitely buy from Express Trainers again.
Dissapointing order experience
Placed an order and paid for it. I get a message after a couple of days that item has a problem and kindly choose an alternative item. Original Discount code not accepted on alternatives. Very disappointing with the whole customer service.

Bought Men's Revenge Elite Pure 360…
Bought Men's Revenge Elite Pure 360 Trainers from them didn't even last a week only a few days fell apart just walking a bit underneath fell apart and damaged my heels as that part damaged the most waste of money will never buy again from these they sell cheap nasty trainers that won't last a week

Very poor customer service and not very helpful.
I have Adidas shoes from Adidas and I never have problems now I get the same ones here and the sandals are very very narrow even to the point we can’t put the foot inside in 2 different sizes.
I bough 2 different sizes for 2 different kids and they can’t put the foot in any of them, even I tried in both and I have smaller feet and I can’t.
I contacted them and explain but they still want me to pay for the post went it isn’t a size problem, the sandals are faulty as no one can put foot in.
Also another adidas shoes I bought have paint and marks and they said apparently that Is on the description, well I didn’t see it otherwise I would never got them as they have marks and paint everywhere.
I have been a good customer for years with no problems and now I have one and they didn’t help much and they want me to pay for the post so now they lost a good customer but they don’t care.

Well, when you make a mistake in an order like you did in that case I think it is normal I let you know and you to take responsibility for you mistake.
By the way they were football boots and they didn’t last very long compare with others from other places
Like you said I ordered many times for years if you can’t pay £3.99 for a return for a faulty items them you lost a customer but like you say you have plenty so good for you.
A lot people don’t write reviews as take time and you need to register so people can’t be bother but it is more than 12 negative.
But my main complain was about customer service and here we are.

I ordered a pair of climbing shoes in a UK6 (and yes, I double checked all sizing to make sure it was correct, and not a US6 or anything daft.) I am a UK5 normally and know that climbing shoes can come up a little small, hence the 6. When they arrived I couldn’t even get my foot into them, and considering they are a size bigger than I am, I was very surprised and disappointed. Comparing them to a size 5 trainer I own, they come up about 2 inches shorter.
I have now reordered in a size 7.5 (2.5 sizes bigger than I actually should be getting!) so hopefully these will fit correctly. Gutted they don’t fit and have wasted £6.99 NDD, £3.99 postage to return them, plus another £3.99 to order a bigger size.
Hopefully the 7.5 fit, but I think I’ll be avoiding this website in the future.
***UPDATE***
The 7.5 don’t fit either, and baring in mind I’m a 5 this is an actual joke. I understand it may be adidas who size it, but maybe don’t stock something that is so wildly inadequate. Save your money or try some on in person. Not worth the risk.
